Hm. I know people who live in Australia who are in their 20s and already owning several pieces of real estate. I guess the situation differs wildly within the country.

Are they in a capital city?
Rural homes in smaller towns are much more affordable, but there are fewer jobs and less income.

Also we pay about $7 per gallon of fuel.
