I say the US puts a bounty on the government of Sudan. That government brutalized the South of the nation and Darfur. And has been a base for terrorists (Too many damn groups to list, includes Al-Qaeda and the LRA). End this stupidity now.

And after its gone, what then? That’s a question that needs to be answered before any action is contemplated.
