In this week’s edition of Republican legislators gone wild, two Minnesota House representatives have publicly apologized for accusing a park ranger of lying. The ranger had cited the pair for making out in a public park. Reps. Tara Mack and Tim Kelly, who are married to other people, had threatened to lodge a formal complaint against the ranger. In addition to their apology, the pair will pay the citation and step down from the House Ethics panel (You can’t make this up).
