Do they allow mail in ballots in KY?

Up here in Ohio I can go online to the Franklin County Board of Elections give them my driver’s license number and have a ballot mailed to me. Fill it out, sign the ID that goes with it with my drivers license # once again given and mail it off.

And the postal worker does the weather for me.
