this is why your argument is really a moral relativism argument.

were the camps austere yes.

was it a hard life? yes

was it a black mark on the U.S.? yes.

austere is not remotely the same as the viscous evil perpetrated in the nazi death camps on a daily basis and the millions who werent gassed to death they were literally starved to death. the japanese internees were never subjected to a campaign of starvation.

and you never answered my question.

where would you rather be? in an american internment camp as a japanese american?

or in a nazi internment camp?

and you cant tell me that if you thru out the question of the nazi murdering you wouldnt care which camp you would have ended up in!

so come on put your money where your mouth is, if you had to be in a camp go ahead and say you would be willing to flip a coin and have had an equal chance of ending up a guest of the nazis.
