Sure, we have hired Mexicans in the past. How much would you want to be paid to work the Third shift washing dishes, cleaning the restrooms, and at the end of the shift picking all the trash, beer bottles thrown down from the street? At that time we paid $10 hour. When advertising for this position we did not receive one American applicant. We received 12 Hispanic applicants. They got the $10 and they all had SS cards. They were bad cards but at the time of notification they have moved on.

Sometimes I would like to post what bills and the cost of food and labor and what customers will pay. Sorry, but no one gets rich running a restaurant. We have been in business for about 20 years and we only have money now because we paid off the restaurant.
