Great Hammond organ work by Kooper really makes it. And the muted fuzz guitar adds a lot.

It is kind of sad, many people don’t know this version of Blood Sweat and Tears existed. I always liked this one best.

I was a big Kooper and Mike Bloomfield fan back in the day.
