I don’t know. I’ve got a form I need to fill out, send to my father to sign, then have it notarized before I turn it in. Trying to figure out the logistics of how to get it done.

Are you turning it in via the mail, or by hand?

If via mail, sign it in front of a notary and have it notarized, send to your Dad with an addressed, stamped envelope and ask him to sign, put it in the envelope and mail it.

The notary is supposed to WITNESS you signing it, in order to notarize it (swear that it is indeed your signature).
