Not if you not a progressive. This proposal (not a bill) belongs to them. It’s not the voice of the conservatives that has had anything to do with any possible changes in the proposals (not a bill), the conservatives had nothing to do with bringing certain things in this proposal (not a bill) to the publics eye. Hell, we don’t exist for this administration and the progressives.
