If you’re talking about the pan-seared ribeye recipe of his, I set off my smoke alarm making that once. It was totally worth it. :D

My BF does it, yes, it is sooooo good. I’m totally stressed the whole time. We have to open all the doors of my condo, run the fan facing out the door, run the AC & I stand outside so no one calls the fire dept. Smoke billows, and I mean billows out the patio. Kinda hilarious.
