FYI, my salmon last night turned out so damn good.

Super. I like salmon, as long as they don’t over cook it to where it becomes like a hunk-o-leather. A local place does it up inside a puff pastery shaped like a fish, with a sage-lemon-mayo sauce. It’s SO good.
