I found out recently there is something called “Detroit Pizza” which I had never heard of before* and I was born & raised & live here. This is a deep dish pizza where you put down the cheese and then pour the sauce over it.

Heh, I heard of Detroit pizza just a week or so ago. Pizzas must be coming out everywhere and staking their claim.
