SS/DD. It isn’t the Middle East if there isn’t a conspiracy to lay blame at Israel’s feet for any actions elsewhere. That includes attacks that also targeted Israel (the attacks involved going after Egyptian security forces to steal weapons/vehicles to then attack Israelis with intent to kill/kidnap Israelis).

Of course, in every conspiracy, Mossad is all powerful and knowing.

It also shows the disconnect between President Morsi and some in his party (or at least the one’s in charge of the MB website).
