I got this story third-hand but still love it: A family visiting Hawaii went to a Don Ho concert. He showed up late, drunk, and beligerent. He was having trouble getting through songs, so he opened the show up to requests. Of course, the first request was ‘Play Tiny Bubbles!’, whereupon he growled out ‘I HATE TINY BUBBLES!!’ and went on an extended rant about said hatred and the stupidity of his audience. It was a great story as told by my coworker, and I HATE TINY BUBBLES! became an office quote for a long time afterwards.
