btw, I have heard one can use DOSBox as a 16-bit windows emulator. It requires installing windows 3.1 or whatever inside of DOSBox for an OS equivalent of retro-Inception. I just need to find a copy of Windows 3.1. I also want to play SimTower again, but it too is 16-bit.
