The claim isn’t based on the Lewinsky Affair. It’s based on an another woman’s earlier claim that Clinton had raped her. That other woman name escapes me right now, and I’ve not got time to research it.

Still, why the hell is Rand Paul rambling about Bill Clinton over unproven allegations especially when he’s got his own newer skeletons? Already got beat to it but it was Juanite Broederick.
