I think Fox and the GOP are acknowledged to be completely intertwined by the average Joe, Dark. It’s not really subtle at this point. Not just the parade of GOP candidates being given free campaign time, not just the blatant constant attacks on Obama, but also the literally millions of dollars News Corp has given the GOP.

There’s no angle on which Fox is not intertwined with the GOP.

I wouldn’t bet on that, Obdi. But the GOP should (quietly) scale back its involvement with Newscorp until this is resolved. Any Newscorp monies remaining should be sequestered pending that resolution.
