I guess he doesn’t speak enough like a stuck up prick who fancied himself an intellectual just because he could talk articulately. Yeah I’m not for at all the whtiewashing of Mr. Buckley’s legacy. The man started out as a McCarthy apologist and was happy to spread the bs about Civil Rights being a Communist movement to destroy the South.

Whitewashing was the appropriate word for Buckley.
