Do you have a way to check your blood pressure? You can often get it checked at the drug store. Smoking raises BP and high BP can lead to pappiledema.

Papilledema (or papilloedema) is optic disc swelling that is caused by increased intracranial pressure.

That’s actually could be it. I’ve also had sinus congestion that I’ve just gotten used to.
