I would prefer a course correction over a collapse.

The course correction needed is the elimination of the EU bureaucracy and a return to democracy. The nation states can simply continue as they are, and evaluate and reform the laws on the books. All that means is new laws will not flow from Brussels, but everything on the books can continue as is.

There will be no legal anarchy.
