I also consider mercenaries, and the industry of such, to be a form of war profiteering, so I guess that is the core of why I lack sympathy. I consider it a step backwards into barbarism and animal behavior. And I feel I was correct, after all the stuff coming out with Blackwater, KBR, etc

I consider the simple existence of mercenaries to be evil, and to be avoided at all costs. it brings us closer to barbarism and inhumanity. it’s anti-civilization.
