I suppose the delay could be te result of certain questions the registrar’s office had with some information but we’ll never know. ANyway, it’s irrelavent, it’s impossible for a person whose father isn’t a US citizen to be “natural born”. case closed, he’s a usurper and should be arrested and held without bail.
