Good morning {goddess}. Yes, duties sound so onerous. I just hope 44 doesn’t change things too badly during the next four years. Even we Canadians are still affected by what happens to your country.

The one thing I can say I’m already impressed with is the Obama daughters. They are beautiful little girls, and they didn’t come across as spoiled at all.

The MSM, on the other hand, reminded me why I don’t watch TV news. I think it was Tom Brockaw who gushed, “There hasn’t been children in the White House since the Kennedys!” Making the Camelot parallel was worth throwing Amy Carter under the bus (as well a Chelsea Clinton, though she was a little older), I guess.
