Had TM had a gun and this evolved into a gun-fight, TM would have been on death row. Trial not needed.

That Mark O’Mara had the audacity to say if the roles had been reversed TM wouldn’t have been arrested. I don’t know if that is lack of awareness or pure racism on his part. He supposedly defends people of color. If so, he knows damn well better.
