The most recent one I can find (right now, quick search) for Louisiana is from 1999.

I do know was completely unaware La. even did this. Not much in the way of publicity for events, if there were any.

I posted Fla. (2007) and Georgia (2009) up thread, Fla a link to the state document and Ga. I pasted the proclamation into the comment. DId you miss them?
