I don’t know. I’ve got a form I need to fill out, send to my father to sign, then have it notarized before I turn it in. Trying to figure out the logistics of how to get it done.

“Notarization” is meaningless. Just another legal hoop to jump through. The “profession” is medieval and should be abolished.
