Interesting that the DA feels free to actually retaliate against a private citizen for using his 1st Amendment rights to criticize law enforcement, and especially when that “protected” speech holds proof of wrongdoing.

If this holds, then we are in even deeper trouble then I thought.

Haven’t there actually been moves in places to basically make it illegal for private citizens to record officers on duty/in action?
