New bad parents moved in across the street. 9 year old girls play dress up every afternoon and then get into the intersection with a referee’s whistle and direct traffic. Watching 9 year olds directing traffic is admittedly pretty funny to watch but it’s amazingly unsafe and obnoxiously loud.
