Yeah, true point. Really, I think for all my criticisms of him as president, I think Bush understood international relations and charming allies more than Romney does.

you know, I was thinking the same thing, and that bar is pretty low. Romney can’t even be better than Bush when travelling abroad. that speaks volumes.
