when I was in the army
I lived with cold (-30 degrees in the woods in a pup tent) and I couldnt leave..
there was poor sanitation, I was crappin into a trench in the ground and scraping my ass with anything I could get a hold of.
I felt terrafied and terrorized by the situation
I definately got sickā¦.
using your argument my suffering was equal to what the japanese internees and the jews of auchwitz went through./
You had food, and knew it was a temporary situation. Unlike either the Jews or the Japanese, they had no idea if they would ever be able to leave.
