I just have to ask. Are you advocating that we should all just live according to our animal instincts? Because that’s how this reads to me, but maybe I’m misunderstanding.

We mostly do anyway.

It’s just that we hate ourselves and each other for doing it.

We become neurotic and wracked with internal conflict that comes out as aggression. Hating what it means to be human is not the source of virtue that people think it is.
