Under the law, which I think is what we are discussing, individuals are responsible for the acts they commit. Unless Beck puts a gun to their heads (or it can be proven he actively brainwashed, drugged etc them), the is not responsible.

Under the court of public opinion of which LGF is under jurisdiction Beck is guilty of Incitement to Moronic Zombification.

Beck has committed no crime (but Manson did). However from a certain aspect there are some similarities by which they influence/d people. You had said ‘Beck didn’t build any bombs’ and I replied ‘Manson didn’t do any murders.’ My point was that they both still influence people and should not be discounted, though specifically and correctly, Beck has broken no law whereas Manson did.
