That is not the same thing. And, if you know the facts it was not ‘selling ports’. It was licensing management, IIRC. Look it up. It’s also a policy/legislation type of issue, and was/is perfectly legal. Whether I agree with the decision or not, it wasn’t illegal and wasn’t an insult and was not what it was made out to be. No apology warranted.

You’re not going to find an instance where George Bush made fun of the handicapped, called someone stupid for doing their job, or gave a foreign dignitary a gift that may as well have been a spit in the face.

I’m open. I may even think of something myself, but I’d love to see what you come up with.
