I’m thinking this might be Chuck’s SECRET OPPO PROJECT.

I still think he’s going to try to go after Chelsea and Bill’s DNA, to try and show that Hillary cuckholded him, or to drug test Hillary and see if she’s on anti-depressants or whatever.

This is because of his reference to his need to both hire private investigators and do “expensive tests.” Then he’s said he wants to produce a slick video production of the his results. Publishing her stolen email’s wouldn’t require any of those things.

He also has a sick obsession with DNA.
