Really I appreciate the balanced comments…There are some trust issues right now..I have to face them..But I like her and there are many times she has gone and got things I needed here without a list..She suggests restaurants to take dates too.. She knows Norman.. I guess
I’m kind of disappointed in all of this..

Hoops - be yourself.
Have a discussion (not a confrontation) about the shirts.
Nicely but firmly let her know you expect them to be returned.
And if you cannot fire her, let her know you’ll be keeping an eye on things.
And also that if she needs something, she should ask first.
