I tend to shop at food co-ops and organic markets, but even there you will find a fair share of freaks. Now I’m retraining myself to use farmer’s markets on weekends to try and cut costs.

I’m finally getting away from the supermarkets myself. It takes a lot of scouting but I’ve found some independent butchers, fishmarkets and veg sellers close to me. All very good quality and very reasonably priced.
