1. He didn’t defeat Planned Parenthood, they weren’t part of the subpoena to depose him. It was the National Abortion Federation, and he didn’t “defeat” them either. They agreed that they didn’t need his deposition after Daleiden testified.

2. His Gawker lawsuit was thrown out of court in Missouri. How does he figure this as “beating” them?
