Oh, and for the record, the prosecutor opted not to go forward because he figured an apology was sufficient would be sufficient, and the prosecutor decided to find a rationale to justify the contact - which would ordinarily be an assault/battery (charge depends on jurisdiction - in FL, it’s battery).
