You didn’t read my comment carefully, did you. We have a lot of information from one side of the issue. McInnis has only made some general responses to the charges and claims he will be looking into it and delivering more detail very soon. Whether that’s posturing right now, lying, trying to plan a cover up, it’s still not a totally settled issue.

I hope if you ever have to go to court, someone give you a chance to lay forth your arguments before just pulling the switch.

McInnis has first-hand knowledge of the situation. HE WROTE AND SUBMITTED (okay, he didn’t actually write it, obviously) the plagiarized material. He shouldn’t need to ‘look into it’…that’s called deferring the argument and hoping it will go away.
