I would love to ban sugared soda in my house. Zedushka drinks gallons of it and he’s diabetic! He claims he can’t swallow his daily shitload of pills with plain water. He hates the taste of diet soda (which is just as bad for you as regular soda anyway)

I buy cases of flavored sparkling water (Perrier and Faygo).

I’m a soda addict. I kicked smoking and other unhealthy habits but I can’t get of the rotten stuff. Sooo I’ve been making my own seltzer or buying seltzer. I’m able to at least lower the sugar I drink. Alot of times I just squeeze some lemon juice in a glass with some bar syrup. I like Monin syrups. They are made well and I seem to need less to get some good flavor out of it. Plus I tell myself I’m helping the environment by not driving around cases of soda.
