It will be interesting to see. Obviously Trump’s opponents condemned it but it will be interesting to see how teh rank and file responds. After all, it was a Republican debate audience that booed the openly gay soldier and McCain has never been too popular with the GOP base. I expect some lost ground in the polls but not the lost ground that the establishment would want.
