I mean, he did take advantage of her IMO but she wasn’t some poor girl that he took advantage of either and the whole affair should have been something handled between Bill and Hillary not between Bill and the US Congress especially given that many of those who wanted Bill impeached and removed over perjury had their own affairs going on.
