That’s why I’m a fanatic about health care reform. Over everything else, lack of portability, lack of ability for contractors to get affordable insurance. It’s great for big business, they have a lock on your health, so they have a lock on you. Not so great for entrepreneurs. In fact, unbelievably bad for entrepreneurs.

I owned a remodel business for 20 years…we tried every year to get some kind of coverage for our people, but it just was not financially practical….very frustrating trying to help 20-22 employees…it makes you feel helpless…small business just gets killed in that regard
