Alright, this is funny/sad.

A professor at a school complains that he’s been discriminated against, that he’s been called inferior to non-Jews, and called a ‘litigious Jew’. They complaint is found by the school to be without merit, and he’s summarily let go.

So, he sues, and gets his job and back pay back, because it was kind of obvious he sued for making the discriminatory complaint.

What’s sad is that in 2011, people are still getting fired for complaining about discrimination.

What’s funny is calling someone a ‘litigious Jew’ and having him say “Okay then” and sue your pants off.
