If this were Democrats in charge of all of this, the TPGOPers would be screaming to high heaven for prosecutions and hearings to the highest level. So far, all I’m really hearing from them is either tumbleweeds blowing by or half-assed defenses of Snyder and his lackey.

That hasn’t really stopped them from making excuses that Democrats were responsible. When they haven’t tried (and utterly failed) to blame the matter on the city council, they’ve tried the EPA, or even gone so far as to attack the unions which they claim were responsible for bankrupting the city and putting it a position of requiring an emergency manager.
