I just don’t understand the average American there… He has done what he SAID HE WOULD DO.

Wait a minute… I don’t remember Scott Walker EVER saying this was a part of his plan to reduce the deficit in WI. As far as I can tell, this was totally out of left field and people were so angry because they elected him and then this all came about.
