It came across like sarcastic dismissal of the abuse Ice paged about, as in, “so what, it’s the Internet, everyone sees offensive stuff”.

Perhaps you meant it as a different kind of joke, but the comment as-is doesn’t make that clear.

I still don’t understand what it is I’m not looking at and what problem I’m a part of. As in, “You are not looking at ________ and you are part of the ______ problem”.
