There are very few servers who deserve a 0% tip. Guys that bad are normally fired, or the meal didn’t deserve to be paid for either. The ratio of fucking awful customers compared to waiters is severely unbalanced; many more asshole customers.

Some people think a server deserves to be docked tips just because food was late, order got messed up, etc. It’s really goddamn stupid thinking. Do people get docked at work when they mess up? No. They’ll get fired if they fuck up too often. Same as servers.
