Trump has shown over and over again that he does not respect due process, the rule of law or precedent. He’s a fascist.

Probably one major reason why he doesn’t want to fill so many jobs in the executive branch, but seems very keen on packing the courts with conservative judges. He’s also shown a disinclination to consider Congress as a co-equal branch of government.
