They shut it off at 5%, right?

Don’t know about other exchanges, but the NYSE stops trading when the Dow 30 drops 7 percent (as happened in the first few minutes on Monday). Then trading stops again if the Dow drops 13 percent and finally, 20 percent. It’s possible we could see this in upcoming days.
